Description   Air Systems can now offer its Conductive Saddle Vent System to improve the safety of workers during confined space ventilation.  The new black Saddle Vent and companion 90-degree elbow is manufactured with conductive polyethylene material.  Grounding lugs are mounted on each device.  They are used to connect the steel grounding wires provided with our conductive ducting to the conductive Saddle Vent and elbow. This makes a complete electrical circuit all the way back to the explosion-proof blower where the final grounding lug is located.  The electric blower must be connected to a grounded electrical source and thus completes the full electrical circuit.  This circuit provides a path for static electricity to travel to a grounded source thus preventing a build up on the surface of the ducting or Saddle Vent.   Features Length: 43.5" Width: 14.5" Top Opening: 8"O.D.
